#1 Motoring Solicitors is headed by Jonathan Wilkins who has nearly two decades of experience in defending clients who face investigation or prosecution within the Criminal Justice System. Jon is an expert motoring defence solicitor and writes an expert advice column ‘The Motoring Solicitor’ which appears in print and online.

Jon Wilkins has appeared on both BBC Television and BBC Radio providing expert opinion on defence matters and motoring offences and has been published by the Law Society. Jon is a Higher Rights Advocate allowing him to appear in the Crown Court where necessary.
