#1 Motoring Solicitors was founded by Jonathan Wilkins who has over two decades’ experience in defending clients who face investigation or prosecution within the Criminal Justice System. Jon is an expert motoring defence solicitor and writes an expert advice column ‘The Motoring Solicitor’ which appears in print and online. Jon Wilkins has appeared on both BBC Television and BBC Radio providing expert opinion on defence matters and motoring offences and has been published by the Law Society.

Since then, #1 Motoring Solicitors has expanded to provide services throughout South and West Wales and a good part of Southern England and the Midlands. Branches are based at the following locations: Cardiff, Milton Keynes, Princes Risborough, Luton, Northampton, Oxford, Bristol, Swindon and Gloucester.
